Lumi is an AI-powered story generation platform that allows users to create illustrated stories through conversation. The service includes text generation, image generation, and a book reading experience.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Lumi. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Credits & Payments
Story generation uses credits. Free accounts receive a starting balance. Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the stories and creative ideas you provide to Lumi. AI-generated text and images produced by the service are provided for your personal use. You may share and distribute stories created with Lumi.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lumi to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Age-Appropriate Content
Lumi generates content according to the selected age group (kids, teens, adults). Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate age group. Content generated for children is designed to be safe and age-appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lumi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
